A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested at least fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date. Within fourteen (14) days of the start date, all payments are non-refundable for any reason.
If a course is canceled by Acute Safety Training Services, LLC, a full refund or transfer to a future course will be provided.
