A full refund shall be issued to the purchaser if a written request for cancellation is received no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.

After the commencement of this fourteen (14)-day period, all payments shall be deemed final and non-refundable, and no refunds shall be issued for any reason, including but not limited to participant cancellation, non-attendance, or scheduling conflicts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that a course is canceled by Acute Safety Training Services, LLC, the purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid or, at the purchaser’s option, a transfer of enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability.

By completing the purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.
